Our Policy
Due to the nature of our product, injectable supplements requiring cold storage, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, selecting the correct quantity or subscription option, and confirming your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Important Considerations
Our NAD⁺ vials require strict temperature control to maintain efficacy and safety. Once shipped, we cannot verify the storage conditions if returned, and therefore cannot accept returns.
Although this product is not prescription-based, it is a sterile supplement that cannot be resold or reused once dispatched, in accordance with our safety and quality standards.
We conduct thorough quality checks during manufacturing and shipping to ensure product integrity.
Shipping Returns (If Applicable)
If an exchange has been authorised, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns under the following conditions:
